1 Pro Environmental is led by owner and CEO Alan Perry: 25 years on the fire department and 33+ years running industrial and construction work.
Owner and CEO
Alan spent 25 years with the Avon fire department as a firefighter, hazmat technician and EMT. When he started it was a small suburb of Indianapolis with 2 stations, 45 people and about 2,000 runs a year. When he retired in 2025 it had 5 stations, more than 130 firefighters and close to 10,000 runs a year. Along the way he built and ran contracting companies of his own, starting 3 Pro Environmental in 2020 with partners from Paddack's Wrecker Service. In January 2025 the partners went their separate ways, still working side by side, and 3 Pro became 1 Pro Environmental with Alan at the helm. He is known for groundbreaking techniques like liquid ammonia flaring and for managing multimillion-dollar projects.
